Cancellation Policy

At BlueRiverK, we understand that you may need to cancel an order. This Cancellation Policy explains when and how orders may be cancelled.

Cancelling an Order Before Shipment

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing it.

If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will make every effort to cancel it and issue a full refund.

Please note that submitting a cancellation request does not guarantee cancellation if your order has already entered the fulfillment process.

Orders Already Shipped

If your order has already been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

However, if you are a consumer, you may exercise your legal 14-day right of withdrawal after receiving your order, in accordance with Dutch and European consumer protection laws. Please refer to our Refund Policy for further details.

Refunds for Cancelled Orders

If your cancellation request is accepted before shipment, your payment will be refunded using the original payment method.

Refunds are typically processed within 14 days, although your payment provider may require additional processing time.

Exceptions

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched.

The statutory right of withdrawal may not apply to certain products, including:

  • Personalized or custom-made items.

  • Sealed products that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed.

  • Digital products delivered immediately after purchase where the customer has expressly consented to immediate performance and acknowledged the loss of the right of withdrawal.
