Right of Withdrawal

If you are purchasing as a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason, in accordance with applicable Dutch and European consumer protection laws.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a refund:

  • The item must be returned within 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal.

  • The product should be in its original condition and packaging where reasonably possible.

  • The item must not be damaged beyond what is necessary to inspect its nature, characteristics, and functioning.

  • Proof of purchase may be required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless they are faulty or defective:

  • Personalized or custom-made products.

  • Sealed products that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed.

  • Digital products that have been fully delivered where the customer has consented to immediate performance and acknowledged the loss of the right of withdrawal.

  • Gift cards, where applicable.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome of your refund request.

If approved, your refund will be issued using the original payment method within 14 days after we receive the returned goods or receive proof that the goods have been sent back, whichever occurs first.

Shipping charges paid for standard delivery will be refunded where required by applicable law.

Additional charges for premium or expedited shipping services are generally non-refundable.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless the product is faulty, defective, or incorrectly delivered, customers are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.
